    For starters, it takes a lot of knowledge to know how finance, HR, and IT should work - especially for companies looking to grow. It also takes a lot of time to get everything setup and working correctly. Finally, if you hire the wrong person or don’t do it right the first time, it takes extra effort to untangle and get it going properly.

    By Offloading Ops, you get a confidently correct answer done for you, without all the risks associated with hiring a rando or figuring it out for yourself.

  • First and foremost, our Operators are competent, kind, and communicative people. Operators all have 3+ years experience and have trained under another Operator for 3 months before taking on a new account (this is why we have a waitlist).

    We recruit from around the world to help keep our costs (and your prices) low. All Operators are directly overseen by senior US-based staff who are ready to play backup anytime.

  • Change them anytime. No questions asked.

    However, it takes a while for someone to get up to speed so changing people will cause a temporary speedbump.

  • It’s your business, so you can change whatever you want!

    Simply submit an Admin Request Ticket for a variety of tasks (process changes, IT request, finance issue, etc) and your dedicated Operator will take care of it for you.

    Or, you can pause or cancel anytime - no questions asked.

  • Rippling, Airbase, Quickbooks, Figma, Monday, Slack.

    We’re open to substitutions - let us know if you want something else.

    Note: we chose these for speed, simplicity, and automations. They are not the cheapest software available. A little cost savings comes with a big cost to speed, and that’s not what we’re about.

  • Unfortunately not - we’ve done this more than a few times and know we do great work. If we’re not the right fit for you, this policy ensures you speak up early.

  • You say pause, and we stop charging you until you say go. If you pause mid-month, we’ll finish working for w/e you’ve already paid for.
